Welcome.
Riverside Housing Development Corporation (RHDC) is your Inland Empire’s Neighborhood Developer. We are a non-profit committed to improving the quantity and quality of affordable housing opportunities throughout the Inland Empire.
RHDC has a variety of programs, from exciting single-family home ownership opportunities to beautiful apartments in the Inland Empire. We own and manage numerous multi-family rental properties in Riverside, Moreno Valley, and Hemet.
HCD’s (California Department of Housing and Community Development) recent analysis of California’s housing affordability crisis (see bottom of the page for a summary), as well as a column by former California State Treasurer John Chiang highlights the importance of our mission to improve the quantity and quality of affordable housing opportunities in Southern California.

Watch this aerial tour of our lovely Orange Blossom Apartments from RHDC’s Board of Directors Ralph Megna. Riverside Housing Development Corporation reclaimed a once-distressed neighborhood near Hemet, California, through a partnership with the County of Riverside. As a result, we have created 67 units of safe, modern affordable housing.
